Branded Perfume Oil UK only sell original and pure products. We do occasionally sell damaged items in error or items without their original packaging e.g., perfume bottle and its lids but this is not going to make any impact on the quality of our product. The information provided in our website is always accurate. You can also place your order by calling +44 7727334848 Monday to Friday between 10am-16:00pm.

Branded UK products will be delivered only with in UK. If you attempt to buy the product which can not be shipped to your location the customer service will contact, you by telephone or e-mail address. Some picture on the website is for demonstration purposes only and may differ from the actual product when you received. Size will be same, but the outlook design and cosmic items may be different to the website. All the stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change so please recheck your order before making the payment. We accept payment by Debt/Credit cards, Mastercard, American Express and papal. If you have used our Google Translate facility, please note that prices will still be charged in GBP but may incorrectly display in an alternate currency at points throughout the order process. All prices are in Great Britain pound and include VAT.

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so, please recheck your order before submitting payment, all the refunds will be processed though via the original payment method. The orders may come as an error during the payment which could be your Bank cards credit/debit card information, PayPal information, or a complete address in this care we will refund your money to your card.

In some cases, initial postage prices quoted at the time of order may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case Branded Perfume Oil UK reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and deliver the order. We do not hold any responsibilities to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Branded Perfume Oil UK have right to cancel or refuse orders at any time and have right to cancel promotional codes too and also, we don’t guarantee the changes to the order and delivery address once the order being dispatched from our office.

If Branded Perfume Oil UK are unable to fulfil part or all your order due to the stock becoming unavailable, we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply we will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Please notify Branded Perfume Oil UK if your order which was dispatched with in the UK has not received by you within 15 working days.

Due to restrictions, we might not able to ship our product in certain destinations off the mainland UK, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. In this case will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.
