Shipping Policy
Transit time & Delivery
- We offer delivery to both the UK and Europe. Delivery is free for orders over £100.
- UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free over £100
- UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3
- UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5
- UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £8
- EU Standard Delivery (8-10 Working Days) customs fees may apply – £15.
- US and Canada (8-10 Working Days) customs fees may apply – £30.
- We process orders Monday through Friday 10 am-4 pm excluding bank holidays.
- We try to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Order must be placed before 4 pm if you wish to use our express service.
- Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Express delivery orders received after Friday 4 pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
Delays
- Due to the recent Royal Mail strikes and roadworks, your order delivery may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
- We encourage you to make your holiday purchases as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
- Although Royal Mail has not updated any tracking information, most orders will be in transit, and we hope they will be delivered soon.
- Please refer to your orders page on our website for future updates. We will also send a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
